What is the minimum order?
The minimum batch depends on the spring type, wire diameter and tooling. Describe the task — we will confirm the minimum volume and the price against your drawing.
How fast can you produce prototypes?
The standard prototyping lead time is 48 hours after the drawing and material are approved. We then ship the prototypes to you for testing and sign-off of series production.
Do you work from customer drawings and samples?
Yes. We accept drawings in PDF/DWG/DXF, sketches and physical samples. If needed, our engineer will help refine the design for manufacturing.
Which materials do you use?
Spring steels 65Mn, 72A, 82B, 60Si2Mn, 55CrSi, 51CrV4, 60Si2CrMn. Wire is sourced directly from Baowu (Baosteel), Kobe Steel, Bekaert and Qingdao Special Steel, which guarantees characteristic consistency.
Which coatings are available?
Zinc plating, nickel plating, cataphoresis, Dacromet, black oxide, plus preservative oil for transport.
How do you deliver products to Russia?
We arrange rail container transport, road freight and sea shipping via Far East ports. Delivery terms are agreed per order (FOB, CIF, DAP).
In which currency can payment be made?
We settle in Chinese yuan (CNY). Payment procedure and channel are agreed individually before the order is signed.
Can we sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, we work under NDA: customer drawings and technical documentation are never shared with third parties or used for other customers.
