Quality confirmed by test reports
IATF 16949:2016 is the quality management system standard for automotive suppliers, which includes all ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The current Intertek certificate is valid until January 2027. But the certificate is not the main point — what matters is that the factory laboratory can verify the characteristics of every batch.
Laboratory
Six types of inspection
All equipment is located on the factory premises, so inspection happens during production — not after a claim arrives.
Mechanical testing
Load and rate inspection on machines rated up to 50 tons; measurement of free height, length and diameters.
Shot peening
Surface cold work raises the fatigue life of springs — critical under shock and vibration loads.
Salt spray testing
In-house salt spray chamber: coating corrosion resistance is confirmed before shipment.
Metallography and hardness
Microstructure, decarburization depth, Rockwell hardness — heat-treatment control.
Geometry inspection
2.5D projector, inspection to drawing, dimension reports issued on customer request.

We provide the IATF 16949:2016 certificate, test reports and product data sheets — a package for declaration and customs clearance.

Please note: the factory is not a Russian legal entity and does not issue EAC certificates in its own name — we provide a complete package of technical documents for declaration by the importer. The exact list is agreed before the order.

Which materials do you use?
Spring steels 65Mn, 72A, 82B, 60Si2Mn, 55CrSi, 51CrV4, 60Si2CrMn. Wire is sourced directly from Baowu (Baosteel), Kobe Steel, Bekaert and Qingdao Special Steel, which guarantees characteristic consistency.
Can we sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, we work under NDA: customer drawings and technical documentation are never shared with third parties or used for other customers.
