Can you make a spring from a sample if there is no drawing?
Yes. We measure the sample, reconstruct the parameters (wire diameter, pitch, free height, rate) and align the drawing before the batch is started.
What service life is a screen spring designed for?
Service life depends on the assembly conditions: amplitude, frequency and load. We select material, strengthening and coating for those conditions and confirm the characteristics with test reports.
How is batch acceptance carried out?
To an agreed inspection plan: geometry measurement, load and rate checks, and issued reports. Third-party inspection is available on request.
Which materials do you use?
Spring steels 65Mn, 72A, 82B, 60Si2Mn, 55CrSi, 51CrV4, 60Si2CrMn. Wire is sourced directly from Baowu (Baosteel), Kobe Steel, Bekaert and Qingdao Special Steel, which guarantees characteristic consistency.
How do you deliver products to Russia?
We arrange rail container transport, road freight and sea shipping via Far East ports. Delivery terms are agreed per order (FOB, CIF, DAP).
