We work both from drawings (PDF/DWG/DXF) and from physical samples — parameters are reconstructed and aligned before the series.
Can you sustain series deliveries for an assembly line?
Yes. We deliver series batches with repeatable parameters and acceptance reports to an agreed inspection plan.
What do you offer for cold climates?
We select the steel grade, heat treatment and coating for operation at sub-zero temperatures, in moisture and with de-icing agents.
Which materials do you use?
Spring steels 65Mn, 72A, 82B, 60Si2Mn, 55CrSi, 51CrV4, 60Si2CrMn. Wire is sourced directly from Baowu (Baosteel), Kobe Steel, Bekaert and Qingdao Special Steel, which guarantees characteristic consistency.
How do you deliver products to Russia?
We arrange rail container transport, road freight and sea shipping via Far East ports. Delivery terms are agreed per order (FOB, CIF, DAP).
